The 97th Academy Awards ceremony marks the end of the 2025 awards season. Anora took home the lion’s share of gold, with Mikey Madison and Kieran Culkin receiving their first Oscars.
We also saw some surprises, such as I’m Still Here claiming victory over Emilia Pérez in the Best International Feature category, and Madison’s shock win over Demi Moore in the Best Actress category.
With this year’s winners in the books, we look to 2026, when casting directors will be honored with an Oscar for the first time.
But first, the results. Below are the 97th Academy Award winners.
Congratulations to all who were nominated!
