Project Details
In 1973, a crew of wildcatters make a strange discovery while drilling for oil. James is the lead oil exploration contractor on an ambitious project. He's on the phone with his client when Charlie (one of his drillers) comes into his field office. There's something he needs to see. They drive to the site, where Ortiz (engineer and technologist) is waiting to show James a strange occurence: blood, bubbling from an exploratory drill hole. James decides they must figure out what's happening immediately. The blood pumped out and a larger hole excavated, James ventures underground to figure out what is going on.
