DILLON, 16, is Sebastian's undisciplined son. When Sebastian begins training him to run, Dillon initially resists. But as he starts improving, running gives him something he has never had before: a sense of progress and confidence. For the first time, he begins to believe that maybe he can actually be good at something. Dillon's relationship with his father is complicated. He wants Sebastian's approval and genuinely wants to make him proud, but eventually realizes that running cannot be about becoming the person his father wants him to be. Seeking an actor capable of portraying subtle insecurity, awkwardness, frustration, and growing confidence. The role requires strong emotional chemistry with Sebastian and physical performance during multiple running/training sequences.
