The feature film Under The Horizon is casting lead and supporting roles for a survival drama following a family navigating a city descending into chaos.
Roles being cast:
- DOUG
Ages 25–40, men. Lead role. Doug is a high-school teacher and devoted husband — intelligent and grounded — who is thrust into chaos and must rise to the occasion. - KIM
Ages 21–35, women. Lead/Supporting Lead. Kim is Doug’s wife — warm, intelligent, and emotionally grounded — who must navigate the unfolding crisis after becoming separated from her husband. - JOHN
Ages 25–45, men. Supporting. John is Doug’s older brother — intense, blunt, and fiercely protective — who tends to meet danger head-on. - CAROL
Ages 50–70, women. Supporting. Carol is Doug and John’s mother — warm, compassionate, and deeply devoted to her family — who serves as a calming presence as the crisis unfolds. - LUCY
Ages 21–35, women. Supporting. Lucy is a deeply emotional and vulnerable young woman caught up in the unfolding crisis who struggles to hold herself together under pressure.
