This feature film — about a daughter and her estranged mother forced to work together after an accidental killing — is casting lead and supporting roles across a wide range of ages and character types.
Roles being cast:
- VIV
Ages 40–60, woman. Viv is fixated on maintaining harmony and keeping up appearances. A scrapbooker, former PTA mom, and compulsive serial dater who is a mama bear when the situation calls for it. - KAT
Ages 22–32, woman. Sarcastic but tightly wound, Kat carries the faint scar of teenage turmoil behind her eyes. After accidentally killing Matt 06, she is thrust into an unwilling detective role. - TJ
Ages 25–35, man. Kat’s romantic interest and possible escape route from the family orbit. Charming, slightly off-kilter, and emotionally intuitive — but possibly untrustworthy. - CHARLOTTE
Ages 25–35, woman. Kat’s former stepsister, now pregnant and meticulously put together. Her prim exterior is a wall built to keep Kat’s chaotic influence at bay — fragile, but far from weak.

Ages 18–55, all genders. Parents of all ethnicities, genders, and abilities with lactose-intolerant kids currently living in the same household, to discuss how they use shopping delivery services to navigate their child’s dietary needs. - GRANDPARENT WITH LACTOSE INTOLERANT GRANDKID
Ages 45–99, all genders. Grandparents of all ethnicities, genders, and abilities with lactose-intolerant grandchildren who live with them or whom they frequently help care for, to speak about how they manage their grandchild’s dietary needs using shopping delivery services.
Rates:
- $500 per filming day + $2,500 for usage (1 year)
