The New Orleans Event ("USPC") Conference: Psych Congress 2026 (US Psychiatric and Mental Health Congress) Dates: September 15–19, 2026 Location: New Orleans, LA Psych Congress is the nation’s largest independent psychiatric and psychopharmacology conference, drawing thousands of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and mental health clinicians. The Colorado Event ("NEI") Conference: NEI Congress 2026 (Neuroscience Education Institute Congress) Dates: Early November 2026 Location: Colorado Springs, CO NEI Congress is another major medical conference specializing in psychopharmacology and mental health education.

The audition process is fast and easy—just a simple self-tape to kick things off, followed by a potential virtual Zoom callback. Before hitting the stage, we’ll hold three short remote rehearsals over Zoom to fine-tune the script, build chemistry with your partner, and connect with the client team. For the live events, you'll spend two days in New Orleans on September 16th and 17th for on-site rehearsals, video capture, and the first presentation. We'll wrap things up in Colorado Springs with a travel day in on November 3rd, the live presentation on November 4th, and a travel day back home on November 5th or similar. NEW ORLEANS LOCAL HIRE RANGE: Seeking talent local to New Orleans or within a standard driving distance willing to report as a local hire for the September event. OR COLORADO LOCAL HIRE RANGE: Seeking talent local to Colorado Springs or within a standard driving distance willing to work as a local hire for the Colorado event. Virtual Rehearsal Fees: $250 per session up to 8 hours (based on hourly rate of $31.25/hour) Rehearsals and Shoot Day Fees: $500 for up to 10-hours per day (rate of $45.456/hour for 8 hours, OT after 8-hours at time1/2 rate of $68.18/hour) for all content captured. Travel Day Fee: $250 fee per day (only for the event that involves flying to the location) Talent must provide receipts for any travel reimbursements. Production will reimburse the talent’s travel expenses for the second event location (up to a $1400 total budget for the flight and hotel, inclusive of all taxes/fees) Standard Per Diem rates for meals will depend on the city/state of the shoot location. Usage Fee: $1,500 for usage as outlined below Plus 20% agency fee if applicable. Usage: All digital media (including but not limited to internet and paid & unpaid social), Industrial, and Agency/Client Internal for all edits, lifts, versions of deliverables from this production for all footage captured. Usage is not guaranteed at the time of booking. Payment for usage is contingent upon the talent’s appearance in the final edit ('as-lifted'). While the creative intent is to feature the talent as cast, final usage fees will only be triggered if the talent is recognizable in the delivered version. Term: 1 year as of 1st usage date (Organic archival online, Agency/Client Internal, PR, Case Study, and Award show use are in perpetuity) Option to Renew for a consecutive year at initial rate +10% Territory: Worldwide Exclusivity: None
