Robert Peterpaul: Are there certain sections that you always recommend people divide these into? There’s TV, film, theater, depending on people’s credits. What would you say overall are the main points to hit?
Phil Sloves: Yeah, definitely hit like if you have a Broadway credit. Broadway, off-Broadway regional theater, tv film commercial. Training, I think, is a huge one people miss out on sometimes. You should highlight who you work with, because you never know who’s behind the table, who’s like best friends with someone that’s on your resume. I have had many opportunities given to me because of people on my resume getting called by someone I just auditioned for saying, “Hey, you worked with Phil, how is he? Oh he’s great, hire him.”
