About the Job

Theodore is a polished, controlled man whose surface charm conceals a deeply threatening and manipulative nature. He presents himself with the easy confidence of someone accustomed to getting what he wants, using social pleasantries and feigned warmth as tools of intimidation. Beneath the civility is a cruel possessiveness, a man who frames abuse as love and frames his victim's resistance as betrayal. He is calculating rather than impulsive, preferring psychological pressure over outright aggression until cornered, at which point his menace becomes explicit and physical. Theodore represents a particular kind of danger: the abuser who believes, with complete sincerity, that he is the wronged party. *Intimacy requirements: Theodore kisses Zadie’s neck without permission. There will be an intimacy coordinator present for all levels of intimacy. Additionally, there will be some action work including a collar grab, forceful dragging across a room, a throw/push exit through a doorway onto exterior terrain and a three-punch fight sequence in which Brock lands three distinct punches on Theodore.
