About the Job
We’re casting UGC creators to produce short-form video content for the BossTax app, highlighting its features in a fun, natural, and relatable way. This is not a highly scripted or commercial-style role—we’re looking for creators who can make the content feel like a genuine recommendation or personal experience. Scripts and key talking points will be fully provided, and talent should be able to deliver them in a conversational, authentic tone that feels engaging and not overly rehearsed. Content will focus on features like maximizing deductions, simplifying tax filing, and helping 1099 workers better manage their finances. Ideal candidates are comfortable on camera, understand short-form content (TikTok/Reels style), and can bring personality and clarity to financial topics in a way that feels easy to follow and enjoyable to watch.
