The Corner - Psychological Horror Indie Film
This is a psychological horror film about Amanda, a young woman who moves into a small Los Angeles apartment hoping for a fresh start. What begins as an exciting new chapter quickly turns unsettling when a dark shape seems to linger in the corner of her bathroom, causing Amanda to question its existence. As the days pass, the presence appears more clearly—always just out of direct sight, and always when she is alone. With the pressures of a new relationship weighing on her, Amanda’s grip on what is real begins to slip. The more she tries to prove that something is wrong, the more those around her begin to question her—until she is no longer sure whether she’s uncovering a terrifying truth or losing control of her own mind. Note: This is an extremely low-budget arthouse-style film, set entirely in one location. We are looking for passionate actors who not only enjoy watching and being part of similar films but also bring a fun, creative, and explorative energy that will help elevate this project. Finally, if the cast doesn't live in LA, travel, lodge, and meals will be provided.
