Synopsis:

(Nationwide search) NOT actors. We are seeking REAL licensed professionals and REAL individuals with lived experience. This non-branded, educational video series explores identity, recovery, and rediscovering purpose after chronic illness, injury, or life-altering trauma. Through documentary-style interviews, participants will speak authentically about how major health events can impact one’s sense of self — and how individuals rebuild confidence, redefine identity, and reconnect with meaningful activities and passions. The focus is on forward movement and practical resilience — not trauma details, but what comes next. We are seeking: • Licensed Trauma-Specialized Therapist – Licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, MD) who can speak to how illness or trauma disrupts identity and how individuals move toward acceptance and rebuilding. • Illness/Injury/Trauma Public Speaker – Real individual with lived experience (including, but not limited to, brain injury, stroke, TBI, concussion, chronic illness, or other life-altering diagnoses) who can reflect thoughtfully on recovery and identity evolution. • Hobby or Activities Specialist – A professional who helps adults rediscover or adapt meaningful hobbies and recreational activities after physical or life changes. • Occupational Therapist (Recreation-Focused) – Licensed OT experienced in guiding adults back into purposeful participation and meaningful daily activities. This is documentary-style educational content intended for awareness use (non-paid media).
