Exclusivity in the oncology category Hero Talent Fees: Fitting Fee (up to 4 hours): $250 Session Fee (10 hours): $720 Usage: $3,500 Exclusivity: $6,000 All +20% agency fee ( if applicable) usage and exclusivity guaranteed Usage Options (Heros): Additional 1 year use @ $4,000 + 20% per talent / Exclusivity @ $8,000 + 20% per talent Additional 2 years use @ $7,200 + 20% per talent / Exclusivity @ $15,000 + 20% per talent ******SECONDARY TALENT***** SECONDARY Talent Usage: One (1) year from first use.
