Fitting Date: (Talent Must be Available in LA) 9/10 * UNION: Non-Union Talent Shoot Dates: Principal Photography: 9/14 - 9/23 (Talent will be working on location at the Pechanga Resort Casino within that window but TBD on exact days. They will not be working all of these days.) Additional Shoot Date: 9/24 (Must be Available in LA Not Confirmed, but Potential) *Talent can be from San Diego or LA and we are even open to nationwide if they can work as a local, but all talent will need to be able to be present in LA for the fitting and the potential studio day. USAGE: Stills and Motion Word Wide, 2 Years + Digital Media: Full spectrum including OTT (Amazon, Hulu). + Broadcast: Linear television across Southern California Only. + Digital Assets: Brand website, digital advertising, plus organic and paid social. + On-Site: Property-wide display and in-room channel integration. + Public Relations: Editorial and press distribution. + Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH). + Static OOH: Traditional billboards, transit, and arena placements. + Print: Physical publication and collateral. + Archival: Perpetual internal and historical records. + Stadium/Arena: Comprehensive video and print presence. + Events: Use cases for live activations RENEWAL OPTION: Additional Year - Original Usage + 10% + Agency NON COMPLETE: Talent cannot have been a featured character in another Southern California Hotel Casino or Casino spot or any Southern California Hotel Casino or Casino that advertises in CA within the last six months or is currently running. Non-Compete is in effect for the length of the deal. Rate: Travel - $250 x 2 Fitting - $250 Session Fee - $1000 Buyout - $2500* All of the Above + 20% Agency POTENTIAL RATE BUMP: If bumped to featured OCP they will receive a buyout bump of an additional $1000 for a total of $3500. TRAVEL: All talent will be paid $250 for each travel day. They will also be compensated for mileage and will receive hotel accommodations at Pechanga for the duration of their shooting days. There is no cash per diem but each talent will receive a meal card with which they can order whatever food they would like (up to $60 per day at the hotel during their shooting days (alcohol will not be available for purchase with these cards). AI: The creative concept requires On-Camera Principal (OCP) talent to appear as though they are physically lifting off the floor to visually represent the premium experience associated with Pechanga. To prioritize talent comfort, efficiency, and safety, production will utilize Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) assisted by Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) workflows in post-production rather than physical wire work or traditional visual effects compositing. This technology's use will be limited strictly to environmental blending and physics-based adjustments. A 360-degree still capture of the OCP's face will serve solely as a visual reference for continuity and matching; the talent's actual likeness will remain unaltered and will never be used to train an AI model or generate deepfakes.
