All minors must have valid Work Permits and Coogans. FITTING: MAY 21, 22 SHOOT: MAY 26, 27, 28, 29 Multi-day booking cannot be guaranteed. RATES *+20% Agency Fee if applicable ADULTS, 18+ YRS SESSION RATE: $500+20% per max time allowed on set and any/all fittings. USAGE RATE: $2,000+20% to include the below term, territory and media. Guaranteed at time of booking. MINORS, UP TO 17 YRS MAX SESSION RATE: $500+20% per max time allowed on set and any/all fittings. USAGE RATE: $1,500+20% to include the below term, territory and media. Guaranteed at time of booking. PRE-NEGOTIATED USAGE OPTIONS: ADVERTISING OPTION: Nike shall have the option, exercisable in its sole discretion, to expand the Media channels to include the following media for a period of 6 months throughout the world for an additional mutually agreed fee: -Out of Home/Digital Out of Home. -Print Ad/Print Media. ADVERTISING OPTION RATE - ADULTS: +$2,500+20% for 6 months ADVERTISING OPTION RATE - MINORS: +$2,000+20% for 6 months USAGE: DEFINITIONS: As used in this document, “Likeness” means all personal attributes of Talent, including without limitation Talent’s name, nicknames, initials, autograph, facsimile or digital signature, voice, video or film portrayals, photograph, likeness and image, caricatures, alter egos, performance/activity information, statements, interviews, and any statistical, biographical, and/or names and marks owned by Talent or other information or data relating to Talent. “NIKE Content” means NIKE trademarks, proprietary images, video, audio, documents, data or other content, including NIKE-created derivatives of Talent content, and any audio, video, stills, or other content captured of Talent during any content shoots. TERM: 2 years from date of first public use, but perpetual for NIKE’s internal usage and archival purposes (e.g., NIKE Content may remain perpetually where originally published, and NIKE has no obligation to remove upon expiration of the usage period so long as no new publications occur after expiration). TERRITORY: Worldwide. MEDIA: Nike shall have the sublicensable, unlimited and irrevocable right for itself, its affiliates, and licensees to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, display, exhibit, digitize, create gifs, and otherwise use the NIKE Content and Likeness in the following media (the “Media Channel(s)”), including without limitation: - Digital Radio, Organic (distributing Nike’s own content via streaming service like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) -Email -Events (e.g., workouts, races, trade shows and conferences, activations, and other events, whether at Nike or third-party locations) -Internal (e.g., internal presentations, campus displays) -Internet and Digital Channels (e.g., websites, apps, and platforms, whether Nike or third-party owned) -Internet Display Advertising & Search -PR (e.g., press coverage by media partners) -Print Collateral -Retail (e.g., digital and printed in-store and exterior signage, collateral, displays and screens for Nike- and third-party owned channels.) -Social, Organic -Social, Paid -Other advertising industry standard “below-the-line” media channels and outlets. --------------------------------------------------
