After saving billionaire Dmitri Chernov, Mafia Queen Irina Petrov attends her sister Sasha’s wedding disguised as a mechanic. Sasha’s fiancé Andrey and his arrogant family humiliate Irina, burn her gift, and try to steal Sasha’s priceless pink diamond. When Sasha calls off the wedding, her "best friend" Larissa arrives in a wedding dress, reveals she’s pregnant by Andrey, and flaunts a deal with the Chernov Group. Irina exposes that the deal exists only because of her, but is mocked until Dmitri’s assistant, Mr. White, arrives and sides with Larissa. After Larissa injures Sasha, Irina fights back, breaking Mr. White’s arm. Mr. White summons Dmitri—who shocks everyone by bowing to Irina. She orders the deal cancelled, destroying both the Belenko and Rastova families. Later, Irina is mistaken for Sasha at a class reunion and endures vicious bullying from Sasha’s former classmates. After seeing photos of Sasha’s past abuse, Irina violently confronts them. Their parents try to intervene, only to kneel in fear when they recognise Irina’s true power. Finally, the sisters’ abusive father, Ivan, reappears, trying to extort money. Irina reveals herself as the Mafia Queen and exiles him to a life of hard labour. Having secured Sasha’s future with Dmitri’s protection, Irina embraces her public role as New York’s underworld ruler, ensuring no one will ever harm her sister again.
