Synopsis:

This campaign highlights the energy and atmosphere of the Muckleshoot Casino resort. Talent will be seen enjoying the casino environment with friends — celebrating wins, sharing drinks (no alcohol actually consumed on set), laughing together, and experiencing the excitement of the casino floor, sports bar, and restaurant spaces. The tone should feel natural, upscale, fun, and social — like a great night out with friends. These are non-speaking roles, but talent should feel comfortable reacting naturally in a lively casino environment. Approximately 15–20 roles will be cast. We are looking for a diverse mix of talent, including those who reflect the strong Asian guest community, along with people from all backgrounds. •All talent should have good teeth, look healthy, have no visible tattoos, and have an upbeat, energetic, and positive-looking vibe. Talent are welcome to audition with a partner or friends if they fit the casting specs and are available for the shoot dates. Please note that while talent may audition together, the entire group may not be cast. Production may cast one person, several people, or the full group, depending on the needs of the campaign. (Side note: I LOVE these clients, everyone has a blast on these ;) )

Project Notes

Submissions Due: Monday, March 9 by end of day. Audition Links: Selected talent will receive a self-tape request with instructions. (Due by 3/13) Callbacks: None. Client will book directly from auditions. Shoot Dates: April 14–16, 2026. Most talent will work one day, though some will be booked for multiple days. Location: Muckleshoot Casino – Auburn, WA (near Seattle). Union Status: Non-Union. RATE & TRAVEL Rate: $1,200 per shoot day + 20% agency fee (if applicable). The $1,200 includes session ($600/10), fitting (day of shoot), and usage. 10-hour day. Overtime after 10 hours at time-and-a-half based on the $600/10 session rate. The rate is locked for this project. We are unable to negotiate rate or travel. Travel: Seattle local hires welcome. Non-local talent will receive a $300 flat travel stipend (not subject to agency commission). This stipend is intended to help cover travel expenses such as flights, mileage, and/or airport transportation (Uber/Lyft) and meals when not working. Hotel accommodations will be provided for non-local talent. Meals when shooting. $300 flate travel stipend is the only travel given. Talent will self-report to set. The casino hotel where talent will be staying is also the shoot location, making it very convenient. Meals will be provided while working on set. Non-Local talent will need to arrive day/night before shoot to avoid any travel issues. ----- CASINO REQUIREMENTS All talent must be 21+ years of age and have a valid driver’s license or state ID. Work Authorization: Talent must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide valid U.S. identification or passport. Background Check: All booked talent will be asked to submit a photo of their U.S. driver’s license / ID / or passport approximately one week prior to the shoot for casino clearance. Casino Environment: Muckleshoot is a smoking casino. The hotel portion of the property is non-smoking. Casino Rules: • No gambling allowed during the shoot due to state regulations. • No alcohol consumption while working or wearing a casino vendor badge. * Talent must be at least 21 years of age. Important: Please do not contact the casino directly for any shoot information. All questions should be directed to Casting / Production only. The casino staff does not have information about this shoot.
