Synopsis:

This project consists of a series of short, culturally responsive mental health awareness public service announcements (PSAs) designed for youth and young adults. The videos address common mental health experiences such as anxiety, panic symptoms, generational stress, and help-seeking behaviors. Content is delivered in a supportive, non-clinical manner and includes information on how to access local mental health resources. The PSAs will be distributed via social media platforms to increase awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage early support.

The PSAs will be filmed in controlled, non-graphic settings and will feature youth and adults speaking directly to camera in a calm, respectful tone. No personal trauma stories are required or solicited. Content will be offered in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, Farsi, Russian, and Ukrainian, to ensure accessibility for diverse communities. All videos include crisis support information and emphasize that participation and engagement are voluntary. The project is intended for educational and public awareness purposes only and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
