Options (payable only if exercised): Still Imagery Use: To be compensated at $1,500.00 +15%. Client shall have the option to use stills pulled from the video shoot and/or captured during the production for a 26-week term to coincide with the original usage term, covering all use/media (to include but not limited to print use, digital/online and social media use). Territory: Texas only (online/digital use worldwide by nature). Social Media Content Captured (Use): Performer shall be compensated $1,500.00 +15% for any social media content used. For avoidance of doubt, social media content will be captured separately from the live action production shoot. Compensation will cover any/all social media use for 26-weeks to coincide with the original usage term (archival rights shall be in perpetuity), Territory: Worldwide (By nature of the Internet). Renewal Option: Client shall have the option to renew all use for an additional 26-week term at a +10% increase.
