Client: Converse Basketball Fitting: Tuesday, 6/9 (approx. 1 hour, TBD) Shoot: Thursday, 6/11 (approx. 3-4 hours, TBD) Location: Boston, MA Usage: Global digital usage, including but not limited to digital media, paid digital media, social media, paid social media, Converse.com, and other Converse-owned or operated websites (excluding traditional broadcast media), communications and public relations usage, and retail usage, including but not limited to Converse and wholesaler doors, and “below-the-line” media channels for the duration of one (1) year from first use of deliverables. Converse retains perpetual archival rights to the deliverables as well as perpetual rights to use the deliverables for internal purposes. Converse agrees to refrain from re-posting the deliverables after the term of this agreement has expired. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Converse shall not be obligated to remove any deliverables from social media feeds posted during the term. Rate: $100 Fit + $750 Shoot (+AF if applicable)
