Breakers (formerly red bluff)
Follows Elliot and Flynn, two inseparable friends from the US, as they embark on a backpacking adventure along Australia’s sun-soaked coastline. At first Elliot and Flynn think they have landed in an idyllic, off-grid paradise, but their carefree journey takes an unexpected turn when they’re lured into a mysterious, cult-like community of surfers. Set against the mesmerising backdrop of Australia’s eastern shores, the commune is led by a man as charismatic as he is elusive. It promises freedom, connection and belonging, but beneath its sunlit exterior lies a sinister undercurrent. When the mystery of a previously vanished commune member resurfaces, it becomes clear the boys may be in far deeper than they realise. At its heart, Red Bluff is a visceral exploration of youth, loyalty, and the powerful human need to belong. The show balances suspense with emotional depth, weaving a gripping tale of identity and connection
