Body of Work is a dark comedy short film about Astrid Madsen, a 30-something contemporary artist who has spent fifteen years grinding in obscurity. When a prestigious Los Angeles gallery calls offering her the spot of a lifetime, Astrid seizes her moment by any means necessary. What follows is an afternoon of madness, with one blank canvas, one dead body, and a figure study that gets completely out of hand.
