SPECIAL PROVISIONS 1. TRADITIONAL DIGITAL ONLY: BBDO Atlanta intends to pay scale and to produce the commercial(s) as Made for Ini:al Use on Tradi:onal Digital the 2022 current SAG- AFTRA Commercials Contract [including rights for Theatrical and Industrial exhibi:on payable at scale only if used]. No holding fees, no conflicts. 2. STREAMING PLATFORMS: BBDO Atlanta intends to pay scale and to produce the commercial(s) as Made for Ini:al Use on Streaming Pla^orms (which includes all Tradi:onal Digital uses) under the 2022 SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract [including rights for Internet and Theatrical and Industrial exhibi:on payable at scale only if used]. No holding fees, no conflicts. 3. [SOCIAL MEDIA ONLY BBDO Atlanta intends to pay scale and to produce the commercial(s) under the Social Media Waiver provisions of the current SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract. All terms and condi:ons of the waiver will apply. No holding fees, no conflicts. 4. [PSA ONLY] BBDO Atlanta intends to pay scale session fees and request that Performer(s) waive all use fees for all media covered under the current SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract for a one (1) year period of use per the SAG-AFTRA standard waiver for donated media. BBDO Atlanta has the op:on for a second year of use for an addi:onal scale session payment to performer. BBDO Atlanta also wishes to obtain performers’ consent to the presence of adver:ser logo/IDs on the landing page. If the PSA is used in paid media then Performer(s) will be paid scale use fees pursuant to the current SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract unless the Union waives use fees. 6. If BBDO Atlanta or Client elects to film non-broadcast industrial videos (behind-the-scenes video & brand essence sales video), we intend to pay Category II scale rates pursuant to the current SAG-AFTRA Corporate/Educa:onal Contract. 7. If BBDO Atlanta or Client elects to shoot s:ll photography on set then Performer(s) will be offered a fee of $2500.00+20% (Includes $500+20% Sitting Fee)for one (1) year period of use payable only if used in the following media: Digital, Social, New Media & Industrial "PAYABLE ONLY IF USED"
