It is Toronto in the very near future. Canada is under American occupation and a resistance is fighting hard to oppose them. MELINA has narrowly escaped capture, taking shelter with her cell leader IRIS. Both of them struggle with the emotional fallout of their fight, but neither considers stopping. In the end, Melina returns to the fight, claiming her 599th victim.
