About the Job
Drew (Lead) is a young man whose ability to smooth-talk his co-workers and clients has led him to be a promising young junior manager at his company. An ambitious one, Drew is looking forward to applying to a nearby MBA graduate degree program because he believes that the contacts he will make and the skills he will learn during the course of study will open doors for him career-wise. However, in order to be accepted, Drew must pass some prerequisite courses including psychology, so Drew finds himself surrounded by students a few years younger than himself on a community college campus. As he begins taking courses, Drew and his girlfriend Rebecca argue and Drew becomes convinced that Rebecca does not want Drew to advance in his career because she believes he will leave her to pursue love with another woman. After some soul-searching, Drew decides to break up with Rebecca. A month later, Drew is attending his psychology class and finds himself placed in a group with a younger woman named Alyssa. Although Drew would admit that Alyssa's obvious but graceful and appropriately-controlled attraction toward Drew makes him feel flattered, and that he finds Alyssa's sincere heart as well as her infectious smile appealing, Drew believes he isn't quite ready for romance just yet. As Drew participates in the group projects with Alyssa that she and her friends use to bring him out of his shell and test his concentration, he finds himself in one hilariously ridiculous situation after another. Drew has to admit that he is having fun and eventually comes around to realizing that, while being younger, Alyssa is ... pretty wonderful.
