About the Job
MIKE THE LANDLORD is a middle aged campy queen in his 40s - 60s who has let himself go a tidbit. He is full of quick asides, tends to share more information than is strictly necessary, and is at the end of his rope when it comes to the unpaid rent. He vacillates between idle chatter and serious business like a pro. He is a supporting character that lends comedic notes and provides the stakes for our protagonist.
