A classic, no-nonsense facilities worker who has absolutely seen it all. Practical, capable, hard-working, and unfazed by whatever corporate chaos happens to be unfolding around him. This is a non-speaking role, so presence and behavior matter. He should feel like someone who knows every hallway, leaky pipe, broken chair, flickering light, and questionable office decision in the building. He’s not impressed, not rattled, and definitely not here for unnecessary explanations.
