SUPPORTING. Ben is the groom-to-be whose emotional immaturity repeatedly undermines the celebratory weekend he claims to want. He is quick to anger and slower to self-reflection, often redirecting his anxiety and insecurity onto Jamie in the form of sharp, cutting remarks that reveal a long-standing sibling rivalry rooted in his need to be the favored child. Though he is capable of warmth and loyalty, particularly toward Finn, his protectiveness over that friendship can be viewed as possessiveness. He struggles to extend the same generosity of spirit to his sister that he freely offers others. His eventual acceptance of Jamie and Finn's situation suggests a capacity for growth that has simply been stunted by years of family dynamics no one has challenged until now. He is ultimately more wounded than cruel. *BEN is expected to shoot two (2) days between 7/20 - 7/23. Talent must be LA-based or able to work as a Los Angeles local hire in order to be considered for this role.
