About the Job
LEAD. Jamie Harrison is a sharp-tongued, fiercely independent woman whose defensive humor masks a genuine emotional depth that she works hard to conceal from the people closest to her. Her relationship with her family, particularly her brother Ben and her mother Helen, is a source of chronic frustration, and she has grown accustomed to being the odd one out, which has made her simultaneously resilient and guarded. Beneath her quick wit and deflective sarcasm is a woman who has been genuinely hurt, most significantly by Finn years earlier, and who carries that wound into every interaction with him even as she finds herself falling for him again. She is someone who refuses help on instinct, keeps people at arm's length, and is only just beginning to let herself believe she is worthy of being truly seen. *While no nudity is required, talent must be comfortable with intimacy (passionate kissing and implied sex). An on-set intimacy coordinator will be present for all levels of intimacy. *Additionally there will be some light action work in which Jamie loses her balance and falls to the ground with Finn. There will be an on-set stunt coordinator present for all action work. *JAMIE is expected to shoot four (4) days, boarded for 7/20 - 7/23.
