In a dimly lit apartment transformed into a makeshift laboratory, a pastor named David awakens bound to a chair, captured by Clara, a former believer turned obsessive researcher. Surrounded by anatomical diagrams, astronomical sketches, and evidence of previous experiments, David becomes the latest subject in Clara’s quest to prove a terrifying revelation about humanity’s place in the cosmos. As Clara records their encounter, a philosophical battle unfolds between faith and knowledge. David argues that meaning, hope, and belief endure even in the face of silence, while Clara insists that humanity has mistaken consciousness for significance. Having experienced a profound encounter with something beyond human comprehension, she believes the universe is not a creation to be admired, but a living organism in which humanity exists as little more than a microscopic infection. As strange phenomena begin to distort the room around them, Clara prepares David to witness the same truth that shattered her understanding of reality. When the veil finally lifts, David glimpses a cosmic vision unlike anything he could have imagined an infinite living structure where galaxies resemble cells, stars pulse like neurons, and all of existence appears to be part of a vast biological entity. Confronted with the possibility that humanity exists inside something incomprehensibly larger than itself, David must reconcile his faith with a revelation that redefines the nature of God, creation, and consciousness itself. *White Blood* is a contained cosmic horror short film that explores faith, insignificance, and humanity's desperate need to find meaning in an indifferent universe.
