David
About the Job
David carries himself with quiet confidence. He wears a black clerical shirt with a white collar that immediately identifies his profession. Unlike the stereotypical older preacher, David is approachable and modern. He's the kind of pastor people would actually call when they're struggling. Even tied to a chair, he retains dignity. His strength isn't physical. It's emotional. While terrified, he continually attempts to regain control through conversation, empathy, and understanding rather than aggression. David is compassionate, patient, and deeply thoughtful. His faith is not blind. He isn't someone who has never questioned God. He's someone who questions God constantly and chooses faith anyway.
