Norm is a coworker of Major’s. He’s a married man who takes his job seriously and tries to be friendly with everyone he meets. Norm is an upstanding citizen and member of society, almost completely different than Major who is very sad and in mourning near constantly. Norm smiles, speaks kindly no matter the circumstances, and doesn’t mind being ignored as often as he is. He’s happy to always return to his family at the end of the day.
