About the Job
Nana is a former Walmart greeter who wanted more out of life (and health insurance). She also has way too much style to wear that sad blue apron. Plus, Nana is great at automating —there was a mix-up where she meant she still had her driver’s license. But the office fell in love with her and her homemade lasagna (even the noodles!), and she’s been a staple in the office ever since. Nana’s the Office Curator, whatever that means, but regardless, she is serious about her work. And her lasagna. Barry is Nana’s bff at the office, despite blowing off daytime court shows for her when he revealed that the plaintiffs and defendants were actors. Bummer. She still watches, though. A quintessential adorable grandma, who you’d be delighted to throw back a couple of Arnold Palmers with and hear about life in the 1950s, and attend the opening of Disneyland. She’s got the kind of cherub face with a long history that makes you want to instantly go in for a hug. Think of June Squibb in Coke-bottle glasses. With an Arnold Palmer. We want someone who can still memorize a line (or three) with spunk who feeds off playing with others. Someone who can volley with younger folks and have a great time doing it.
