About the Job
We’re looking for mentors, coaches, and community leaders who have stepped into meaningful guiding roles in the lives of boys and young men. These relationships often form outside the home but can have a lasting impact, offering structure, encouragement, accountability, and a sense of belonging. We want to explore how these bonds help shape identity, confidence, and direction into adulthood. We’re especially interested in mentors and the men they’re supporting who are: - Building trust and consistency - Showing up regularly and creating safe, supportive environments - Leading by example through actions, not just words - Teaching life skills and values - Discipline, responsibility, and follow-through - Teamwork, leadership, and respect - Decision-making, accountability, and confidence - Creating opportunities for growth - Sports, arts, trades, service, or community involvement - Exposure to new paths, experiences, and possibilities - Encouraging goals, ambition, and long-term thinking - Navigating challenges together - School, career direction, peer pressure, identity, and self-worth - Learning how to manage setbacks and keep moving forward - Having honest conversations about what it means to grow into adulthood and manhood We’re looking for authentic dynamics, not perfection. Whether this relationship formed recently or has grown over years, your story matters. This is about guidance, presence, and the powerful role mentors, coaches, and community leaders can play in helping shape boys into men and support men as they continue to grow.
