About the Job
We’re looking for fathers and sons navigating their relationship after a period of incarceration. Reentry can bring a mix of relief, uncertainty, accountability, and hope. We want to explore what it looks like for fathers and sons to reconnect, rebuild, and move forward together in real, everyday ways. We’re especially interested in fathers and sons who are: - Rebuilding trust and communication - Learning how to show up for each other in new ways - Working through past hurt, distance, or missed time - Having honest conversations about responsibility and growth - Navigating life after incarceration together - Finding stability in work, home life, and routine - Supporting reentry into family and community - Balancing accountability with encouragement - Sharing lessons learned - Understanding consequences and second chances - Redefining identity, purpose, and direction - Exploring what it means to be a man, a son, and a father moving forward - Taking steps toward a new chapter - Repairing relationships and creating healthier patterns - Celebrating progress, no matter how small - Figuring things out one day at a time We’re looking for authentic dynamics, not perfection. Whether your relationship is strong, complicated, healing, or just beginning again, your story matters. This is about reconnection, accountability, and the possibility of rebuilding a father–son bond after time apart.
