About the Job

Seeking authentic, relatable adults (ages 25–40) who feel grounded, capable, and representative of New Jersey communities. Priority should be given to talent with believable trade, facilities, or property management energy or backgrounds. We are seeking individuals who naturally project competence, reliability, and authenticity when thinking about building and small business operations, and those who can help upgrade them. Talent should feel genuine rather than model-esque, with lived-in presence and approachable confidence. We’re looking for people who reflect real-world experience: hands-on professionals, building or facility managers, skilled tradespeople, or property managers who take pride in maintaining spaces. Mixture of white and blue collar (light blue if you will). Diversity across age, ethnicity, gender, and background is encouraged, with an emphasis on authenticity, credibility, and natural charisma.
