ROLE A: Executive Chef, Owner-Operator (Female) Gender: Female Age Range: 30–50 Ethnicity: Open (but should feel authentically “local owner”) Look: Real working chef, confident, capable, warm authority. Not “TV food influencer.” Vibe: Smart, composed, witty under pressure. The kind of leader the staff trusts. Performance Notes: Natural delivery, grounded humor, quick timing on the gentle roast of the banker. Wardrobe: Chef coat or elevated kitchen attire, apron optional.
