About the Job

Sam is in his early 20s. He hasn’t really found a career yet so he’s working in a convenience store as a clerk until he gets his life together. He should be a skinny build and have a kind of natural meekness to him. This performer should have quick timing and great improv-ability. He’s going to play a character who can give great subtle annoyed glances, but also be able to riff on a moment, being overly cheerful and oblivious in a situation where he shouldn’t be.
