A voice that’s either raspy or barely there, but capable of swelling into something stronger. He must be able to grow on camera, shifting from quiet uncertainty into real, self-generated confidence. Borders on cocky, but still remain charming. A boy who can convincingly imagine a larger-than-life future for himself and make you believe he sees it clearly enough to chase it. Finding someone with a knowledge in basketball is important and will help with our performance.
