A highly skilled and emotionally guarded operative with a dangerous past. Quiet, precise, and disciplined. Returns to a remote church in Spain to see her dying mother and is forced to confront a long-buried truth. Must convey intensity and vulnerability through subtle expression and strong screen presence. Knowledge of Portuguese or Cape Verdean Kriolu is a plus but not required. Actors with cultural or linguistic familiarity are encouraged to submit. No strong language.
