About the Job
We are working on the New Larry David Sketch Comedy show and they are looking for union men that could play Soldiers from 1914. You would need to be clean shaven, and they might ask you to trim your hair. Please see he attached photos of soldiers from 1914. They might not cut your hair, but I want to make sure you would be okay if they did. If you have served in the Military, please list that in the notes section. There will be Costume Fittings at Western Costume on Monday November 17th and this would film on Monday Nov 24th and Tuesday November 25th in Santa Clarita This show falls under the Sag Net Code Agreement for Sketch Comedy. Everyone that works on the show must be Union. They also do not pay mileage under this contract and there is no double time. They pay time and ½ after 8 hours. Sag has negotiated a lower daily rate of 156/8. The producers are offering a higher union rate of 192/8. Please only submit if you are okay with the union rate of 192/8. Each BG role will also require a fitting. The fitting rate is $50 per hour. You can also submit and email with your current look. Please include your name, Sag/ Aftra #, phone # & current sizes to submitrichkingcasting@gmail.com For all men that are emailing a submission, please also note whether you are okay with haircuts and trimming existing facial hair. I think this is going to be a really fun project. Please Type the words “Soldiers” in the subject line of your submission. Thanks
