Noelle is a 19 year old college student. She’s mixed (Black and white) with the soulful singing voice of someone wise beyond her years. Noelle has never known her mother Lorraine, who took off right after she was born. She’s been raised by her father and he’s really the only family she has ever known. Noelle is not shy about her opinion, but also very cautious about who she lets get close to her. She’s been through a lot with her father and it’s worn on her a bit as she’s still learning to set boundaries with him.
