In Netflix’s hit series Outer Banks, Carlacia Grant stars as Cleo, a confident and fearless Nassau girl whose world collides with the Pogues, alongside Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, Rudy Pankow and Charles Esten. On the latest episode of How We Role, Casting Network’s new podcast, Broadway casting director Tara Rubin pulls back the curtain on the humanity and precision behind casting.
