About the Job
A member of the gang, Neil aspires to be (and perhaps sees himself as?) Woman 1's faithful lieutenant, and is ever-eager to please her. Unfortunately, he is too gormless to contribute anything other than the occasional inane non-sequitur, and he is viewed by Woman 1 with a mixture of pity and contempt. In physical appearance he looks undernourished, as if his desperate desire for approval, combined with his abject failure to garner it, has over time sucked the life-force from his body.
