A polished, respected physician who appears calm, compassionate, and completely trustworthy. Behind closed doors, however, Dr. Kane is cold, calculating, and deeply disturbed. He/she secretly injects unsuspecting patients with a mysterious harmful substance while convincing them they are receiving routine treatment. The character should be able to switch effortlessly between warm bedside manner and quiet menace. He/she rarely raises his voice; his danger comes from how controlled, intelligent, and believable he/she is.
