He should feel like a legitimate voice from O’Keeffe’s R&D department: smart, credible, and deeply knowledgeable without ever becoming pretentious, stiff, or cartoonishly “science-y.” This is not a recent graduate or lab-tech type. Someone with intellectual maturity, established professionalism, and the confidence of someone who has spent years in the field. He should be able to deliver complex clinical language clearly, naturally, and with authority.
