You need to be able to explain complex ideas with a wink and a smile, keeping the audience hanging on your every word. Gender: Male Age Range: 30–45 (Flexible based on energy) Vibe: Sharp, articulate, and effortlessly cool. You should look just as comfortable in a tailored suit on a stage as you do in a casual polo on a documentary set. Skills: Exceptional teleprompter/ear-prompter skills, ability to improvise, comedic timing, and a commanding stage presence. The X-Factor: You don’t just read lines; you own the room.
