Talent who submit to this project must work for the terms as listed on the breakdown. -------------------------------------------------------- WALMART EASE // JUNE 2026 NON UNION PRINT & VIDEO FITTING DATES: JUNE 10, 11 SHOOT DATES: JUNE 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24 *Multiple shoot days are not guaranteed* LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA LA LOCALS ONLY / TALENT MUST WORK AS LA LOCALS / THERE IS NO TRAVEL COVER RATES: *+20% Agency Fee if applicable OCP ADULTS, 18+ YRS MANICURE: Up to $75 reimbursement for manicure or other reimbursements (if requested), with receipt provided. FITTING: $250+20% (to include 2 hr fitting/wardrobe/rehearsal, if applicable) SESSION: $500+20% (per 10 hr shoot day excluding travel time. Overtime will be based 10-hour day) ***USAGE: $2,500+20% (to include below usage - ***the usage fee/buyout IS NOT guaranteed at time of booking. Buyout is only payable if talent’s performance remains in the final asset AND talent’s face is recognizable/visible. If talent’s face is not recognizable, the session payment covers any and all use in all media in perpetuity.) OCP MINORS, UP TO 17 YRS MAX MANICURE: Up to $75 reimbursement for manicure or other reimbursements (if requested), with receipt provided. FITTING: $250+20% (to include 2 hr fitting/wardrobe/rehearsal, if applicable) SESSION: $500+20% (per max time allowed on set given age, excluding travel time. Overtime will be based 10-hour day) ***USAGE: $1,500+20% (to include below usage - ***the usage fee/buyout IS NOT guaranteed at time of booking. Buyout is only payable if talent’s performance remains in the final asset AND talent’s face is recognizable/visible. If talent’s face is not recognizable, the session payment covers any and all use in all media in perpetuity.) USAGE: Any AI usage / editing will not modify or alter talent’s likeness via the use of generative artificial intelligence (excluding traditional editing tools). TERM: Use of all still images for three (3) years, with an option to renew for one (1) additional year at a pre-negotiated rate following 1 year after the initial term start date. For the additional year usage: -Adults: $1100 (Includes agent fee) -Minors: $660 (Includes agent fee) TERRITORY: North America (including, without limitation, U.S. and its territories, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and the Caribbean). MEDIA: During the service days, the stills captured can be used in the following media: All media (excluding broadcast and merchandise) now known or hereinafter developed including without limitation: • Industrial (e.g., cinema/theatrical; non-broadcast use, sales videos, trade shows, in-store, stadiums, in-flight, jumbotrons, trade shows, sales meetings, places of public assembly, external meetings, PR, etc.) • Digital/Internet (e.g., Client and Agency owned and operated websites, Internet, social media and third-party websites, emails, other digital, interactive and new media (wireless and mobile, devices, podcasts, streaming and OTT, pre-roll and banner advertising, etc.) • Print (e.g., magazines, newspapers, collateral, point of sale), on billboards and in other outdoor media, etc.) • Corporate/Internal/Self-Promotion (e.g., any and all public relations, press, internal meetings, case studies, self- promotional, award submission and archival purposes in any and all media now or hereinafter invented in perpetuity worldwide. • Over The Top Includes OTT/CTV usage rights for distribution on streaming platforms (including but not limited to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube), accessible via smart TVs, mobile devices, tablets, and desktop. --------------------------------------------------------
