Construction & Blue Collar Talent Casting Call We're looking for authentic construction and blue-collar professionals to collaborate with VOHL Workwear on ongoing social media content and lifestyle campaigns. If you have real experience working in construction, the trades, or other hands-on industries, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for people who can confidently wear and represent our workwear in real job site environments—not actors pretending to be tradespeople. We're looking for people who: Have experience in construction, skilled trades, or blue-collar work. Have access to authentic job sites, equipment, or work environments. Are comfortable creating short-form social content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.). Are interested in modeling and/or creating UGC-style content for a men's workwear brand. Have friends or coworkers who could also appear in content (a plus!). Whether you're a creator who works in the trades, a contractor, apprentice, operator, welder, electrician, plumber, carpenter, landscaper, mechanic, or simply someone who lives the blue-collar lifestyle, we'd love to connect.
