Project Expectations/Use: Subject to the SAG-AFTRA 2020 IMA as Amended and further Ratified on 7/9/25. Content will be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional content, including but not limited to, trailers and other promotional videos, outtakes and b-roll, and stills to be used across all mediums including but not limited to, TV broadcast, online, social media, corporate internal/tradeshows/award shows, in-stores, and in cinema. This use includes unlimited lifts, trailers, tags, banners, grabs, and versions of the assets. Territory shall be worldwide, and use is in perpetuity. Territory: Worldwide. Exclusivity: None. Term of use: Perpetuity.
