RealPact is launching with a video campaign built around a single idea: buying a house is chaotic, but it shouldn't be. The spot opens cold on a house auction outside a beautiful home, bidders shouting over each other, an auctioneer running the show on total autopilot, before a composed buyer walks in, drops a number that ends it all, and closes the deal in one click on his phone. The campaign includes a 60-second main launch spot plus two shorter companion videos (15-20 sec each), all shot in a single day in the SF Bay Area / East Bay.
